My Name is Thomas Sykes, also known as sqltomato, and I currently work as a Senior Consultant for Quorum in Edinburgh, Scotland.
I’m an active member of the Data Community having jointly organised SQL Saturday and Data Saturday events. I enjoy speaking regularly to share what I’ve learnt and blog to remember things. I’ve over 25 years in the Industry with specialisations in SQL Server, Azure Infrastructure, Azure Data and Microsoft Purview.
Always interested in new technologies and certifications, I’m Azure , MCSE, MCT and CompTIA Certified and a BCS Member. I find that focusing the mind to achieve a certification increases your complete knowledge of a product.
